Check the SEO fundamentals of a public web page: title, meta description, headings, links, images and text length. The report shows what was found and explains which areas deserve a closer look.
Your page report
What to review
Title, Description & Snippet
Rough guideline: about 50–60 characters for a title, 140–160 for a description, or around 120 on mobile. These are not Google limits. Google may display different text. Pixel counts and previews are estimates using Arial (title 20 px, description 14 px).
Content & length
There is no universal SEO minimum word count. Search intent, clarity and helpful content matter. Word counting is designed for languages with word separators.
Headings H1–H6
Links & link text
Internal = the same hostname; subdomains count as external. Destination pages are not fetched: this is not a broken-link check. nofollow, sponsored and ugc are shown without automatically classifying them as errors.
Images & alt text
The check covers img elements in the HTML. Dimensions shown are HTML attributes, not measurements of the image file. CSS background images and dynamically loaded images are not fully covered.
Indexing & technical details
Robots information shows only detected directives. robots.txt, HTTP Link canonicals and the actual Google index are not checked. Absence of noindex does not prove indexability.
Social metadata & structured data
JSON-LD is checked for readable JSON. This does not confirm full schema validity or rich-result eligibility. Open Graph and Twitter Cards affect sharing previews.
The report uses the returned HTML, without executing JavaScript or checking external CSS rules. Explicitly hidden elements and code are excluded from content analysis. Bot protection, logins and dynamically loaded content can produce incomplete results. Lists show up to 200 entries; counters include all detected elements. Core Web Vitals, rankings and content quality are not measured.
What does the SEO Snippet & Content Checker check?
You receive a snippet preview, title and description with character counts and estimated pixel widths, H1–H6 headings in order, and lists of links and images. The report also includes word count, paragraphs, lists, estimated reading time, canonical, robots directives, language, hreflang, social metadata and existing JSON-LD blocks.
How should I interpret the results?
The report provides technical and structural indicators, rather than a complete SEO assessment. Clear titles, meaningful link text and appropriate image descriptions help users and search engines. There are no universal required lengths for titles, descriptions or word counts. Above all, check whether the content answers your audience’s questions.
Missing information is not always an error: decorative images can have empty alt text, multiple H1 headings are not automatically problematic, and not every page needs structured data. A detected noindex may be intentional. These notes help you review such decisions deliberately.
What are the limits of the URL check?
The checker analyses one public HTTP(S) page without signing in or executing JavaScript. It does not fetch linked pages or images, and does not confirm rankings, indexing or rich results. JavaScript pages, bot protection and hidden content can produce incomplete results. Local and internal addresses are not fetched, and pages exceeding 1 MB of HTML are not analysed.
